    Avoid Whitening Products: Refrain from using teeth whitening products for at least 24 hours before your appointment, as they can affect the bonding process.

    Eat Before Your Appointment: Since you may need to avoid certain foods afterward, it's best to eat a light meal beforehand.

    Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water prior to your appointment to stay comfortable throughout the procedure.

  • Following these steps will help ensure your tooth gem stays secure and looking its best!

    Avoid Touching or Playing with the Gem: Refrain from touching or fidgeting with the gem for at least 24 hours to allow the adhesive to fully bond.

    Be Gentle When Brushing: Brush gently around the gem using a soft-bristle toothbrush. Avoid using an electric toothbrush for the first 48 hours.

    Avoid Hard or Sticky Foods: Steer clear of hard, crunchy, or sticky foods for the first 24 hours, as these can dislodge the gem.

    Skip Whitening Products: Do not use teeth whitening products for at least 48 hours after the application.
