Yes. We use dental-safe products with 6% hydrogen peroxide, which is within cosmetic whitening guidelines. Treatments are performed using controlled light technology and tailored to your sensitivity level to protect enamel and minimise irritation.

Teeth whitening is generally pain-free. Some clients may experience mild sensitivity during or after treatment, which typically resolves within 24–48 hours. Sensitivity levels vary and are always monitored during your appointment.

If you’re prone to sensitivity, whitening can still be suitable. Treatments are customised to your comfort level, and sensitivity-reducing products may be used. Please let us know during booking so we can tailor your session accordingly.

Results vary depending on your starting shade, lifestyle habits, and tooth structure. Most clients see their teeth lighten by up to 8–12 shades in a single session, achieving a noticeably brighter yet natural result - not an over-whitened look.

Treatment times range from 45 to 90 minutes depending on the package you choose.

For best results, please ensure your teeth are clean and free of heavy plaque prior to your appointment. Brush and floss as normal on the day.

Avoid consuming coffee, red wine, or strongly pigmented foods for at least 2–3 hours beforehand. If you have recently had a dental clean, whitening results are often enhanced.

We recommend waiting a minimum of 3 hours before eating or drinking anything other than water. For the first 24 hours, a white diet is advised - avoiding dark or strongly pigmented foods and drinks - to allow results to fully settle and maximise longevity.

To protect your results:

• Avoid eating or drinking (other than water) for a minimum of 3 hours

• Follow a white diet for 24 hours, avoiding dark or staining foods and drinks

• Avoid smoking or vaping for 24 hours

• Use a gentle toothpaste if sensitivity occurs

• Maintain good oral hygiene to prolong results

Mild sensitivity can occur temporarily and typically resolves within 24–48 hours.

Results can last 6–12 months, depending on diet, oral hygiene, and lifestyle habits such as coffee, tea, red wine, or smoking. Maintenance or top-up sessions can help prolong your results.

We recommend spacing full whitening treatments at least 6 months apart. Maintenance or express top-ups can be done in between if desired.

Whitening treatments only affect natural tooth enamel. Crowns, veneers, and fillings will not lighten, so results may vary if these are visible in your smile.
